The Silent Breakfast Routine

Every morning at exactly 5:47 AM, my neighbor's kitchen light flickers on and off three times

before staying lit, and last week I discovered why. I was making my usual overnight

oats when I heard her blender running at that ungodly hour. Through my window,

I watched her frantically mashing bananas for what looked like pancakes. But here's the terrifying

part - her kids were already at the table, perfectly dressed, sitting motionless

smoothie bowls with berries arranged in perfect circles, those two-ingredient banana pancakes

ready in minutes. The children never moved, never spoke, just waited.
