The Step That Wasn't There

Did you know there’s a staircase in Japan where people disappear if they count the

steps wrong? It’s hidden inside an old office building. Looks normal,

grey walls, nothing creepy. But workers noticed. Some swear there are 13 steps.

Others count 14. Sometimes 15. Cameras show them stopping, then turning.

A few never come back. Maintenance says the stairwell physically changes depending on who

enters it. If you feel dizzy at the top, stop counting.
