Starfish don't actually swim like fish do. They crawl along the ocean floor using hundreds of
tiny tube feet underneath their bodies. These tube feet work like suction cups,
helping them grip rocks and move slowly across the seafloor. A starfish can take hours just to travel
a few feet, making them one of the slowest creatures in the ocean. What's even more
fascinating is how starfish see their world. They don't have eyes like we do.
Instead, they have light-sensing organs at the tip of each arm. This means they
can detect light and darkness, but they can't see clear images. They navigate mostly
