The Strong Ones

According to psychology, people who grew up with an absent father and an emotionally unstable

mother, learned to be strong far too early. They became the

ones who handled everything alone, not because they wanted to, but because no

one ever showed them how to lean on others. They grew up thinking asking for

help was bothering people. They learned to read the room before speaking,

to choose every word carefully, and to keep smiling even when they were falling

apart inside. That's why trusting others now feels terrifying. It's not that

they don't want love. They're just afraid of being abandoned again.
