The Survival of Christianity

This should have ended Christianity forever. After Muhammad's death in 632 AD, Islamic armies exploded

out of Arabia. Conquering territory faster than Rome ever did. Jerusalem fell.

Damascus fell. North Africa fell. Half of the ancient Christian world erased in a

single century. Many say this proves Christianity was weak. Overpowered,

defeated by force. But history didn't go that way. But Christianity didn't collapse.

It spread without swords, through eyewitness resurrection claims. Reasoned arguments,

and lives radically transformed. Jesus said, I will build My Church and

the gates of hell will not prevail. Empires fell. The Church remains.
