but one thing is missing: real health, and that's why today we will talk about the true meaning
of health. According to WHO, health is not merely the absence of disease, but a complete balance
of physical, mental, and social well-being. Meaning, the body is fit,
the mind is calm, and life is manageable. First, physical health: strong body,
regular movement, good sleep. Going to the gym is optional, but daily movement
is compulsory. Mental health: reducing the load of stress, anxiety, and overthinking.
