She tried to save his victims… but nobody listened. Glenda Cleveland, Dahmer's neighbor,

reported screams and foul smells. Police always dismissed her concerns, calling her 'overreacting'.

One night, she saw a terrified boy with Dahmer outside. She immediately called

police. Glenda screamed, 'He's a child!' But officers gave the boy back

to Dahmer, watching them go. The boy was murdered. When Dahmer was
