The Vanishing of Angikuni Village

"In 1930, an entire village in the Arctic didn't just die—they deleted themselves from

existence. A fur trapper named Joe Labelle walked into an Inuit village near Angikuni Lake,

expecting to find 2,000 people. Instead, he found a ghost town.

Fires were still burning, and pots of stew were still hanging over them.

Rifles were leaning against doors, and half-sewn clothing was left with the needles still in

them. But there wasn't a single human soul. Even weirder? The village's ancestral

graves had been emptied, and the sled dogs had been left to starve.

No tracks, no struggle, no bodies. They were just... gone.
