Tired in a Broken World

Yeah. Yeaaah. I've been tired for a long time.

I've been working all my life, still don't feel all right. Money comes and

money goes, but my spirit's tired. World feels broken at the seams,

nothing works the way it should. I gave years, I gave my strength,

still misunderstood. Every morning feels the same. Put my boots back on again.

I don't hate the work itself, I hate who I've been. I don't think

I'm lazy. I think I'm just worn. I don't wanna work no more,

not in a world this broken. I gave everything I had, still feel unnoticed.
