Bro why does this always happen to me? I had a crush on him all semester

and I swear he never noticed. Same class, same row, every day.

I’d catch him looking, we’d lock eyes for half a second, then I’d panic and look away like I

forgot how to breathe. I practiced what I’d say a hundred times in my head, but every time class

ended, I’d just pack up and leave. Convincing myself he was out of my

league was easier than actually trying. Last week of the semester, the professor paired

us up. And suddenly he was funny, chill, easy to talk to—

like wow… I should’ve done this sooner. Then the semester ended. No number.
