Too Slow at the Front Door

“This happened to me last year, and I still can’t explain it. I was home alone,

scrolling on my phone late at night. Around 2:47 a.m., my Wi-Fi suddenly disconnected.

I didn’t think much of it. Then my phone buzzed with a message. It was from an unknown

number. The message said, ‘Your Wi-Fi is back.’ I checked. It wasn’t.

I replied, ‘Who is this?’ The typing bubble appeared instantly. The next message

said, ‘Check your front door.’ I didn’t move. A few seconds later,

I got one last text. ‘Too slow.’ When I checked my door camera the next morning…

there was no footage at all.”
