Let's talk self improvement. So one thing that could be so hard to change is old
habits. So I'm here to tell you my personal top five things that have helped
my self improvement. First on the list being being more active slash just daily movement in
general. I get how dawning and overwhelming, like, the thought of going
on a long walk or just doing exercise in general. But, honestly,
the feeling afterwards is so worth it. Number two is eating better. And now I feel like
this is probably everyone's biggest struggle, I wanna say. You don't even necessarily
have to cut out, like, your favorite foods. Just minimize the portion size and
