Trapped in the Impossible Level

A player clicked start on a new horror game at 3 AM. Suddenly his room dissolved into pixels.

He was inside the game. Every death he suffered, he felt the pain and respawned.

The exit button was gone. No escape. He wandered through twisted levels for

what felt like months, dodging creatures that learned his patterns. Then he found other

players, hollow eyed and broken. They told him the truth.

The game doesn't let you leave until you beat it. But the final level is impossible.

He's been playing for three years now. His body in the real world still

sits at that desk, motionless, eyes open.
