Hello little yogis! Today we are practicing Triangle Pose. Stand up tall with your feet wide apart.
Turn your right foot to face forward. Turn your left foot slightly to the side.
Keep both legs straight and strong. Stretch both arms out to the sides, like a big letter
T. Keep your chest facing forward. Slowly slide your right hand down
your right leg. Let your left arm reach straight up toward the sky. Keep your body long
and open. Look forward or gently look up at your top hand. Take a slow breath
in through your nose. Breathe out gently. Bring your arms down.
Step your feet together. Great job, little yogis!
