Hello, people. This is the lesson of the day. So my name is Harpreet,
and I've been coming to Starbucks almost every day for the past two years. But .
So this barista who serves me daily, he comes and he greets me casually, and he figured out
that I'm not keeping well. Hence, he suggested a drink other than the coffee
which I usually have. I trusted him enough to replace my daily order with something
what he suggested. This is something which I have always learned in my sales journey too.
Trust is something which you need to gain from your customer, and product is just a validation of
the trust which the customer has shown in you. And that is the lesson of the day,
