Your mind has a reset button, and I'm gonna show you exactly where it is.
When you're feeling overwhelmed, scattered, all thoughts running a hundred miles
an hour, your nervous system is basically in overdrive mode. And here's the beautiful
thing, ah. You can bring it back to balance in just about two
minutes, and it's called physiological breathing method. And it works because
of how your body and mind are connected. And here's what you do. Breathe in through
your nose for four counts, just like this, and take a second smaller inhalation
on top of that. Then exhale slowly through your mouth for six to eight counts.
