Unblinking Reflection

You ever just stare into your own eyes in a dark mirror? Really look, late at night,

when the house is quiet? Your face starts to seem… wrong. Not quite yours.

You blink. But your reflection doesn't. Its eyes are fixed, unblinking,

on *you*. Then, slowly, its lips begin to move.

A cold, raspy whisper seeps from the glass, right into your ears.

"You're not alone in that room." And then, your reflection winks.
