Someone Else's Sky

Ooh. Ooh. Ooh. Ooh. Some days I

wake and wonder why my road is rough while others fly.

I watch their smiles, their open doors, while mine stay locked behind old

floors. I tell myself it's just the way life twists the

truth and bends the day. But knowing that doesn't ease the sting.

It only makes the silence ring. Life is unfair. I've known that for so long.

But deep inside it still feels wrong. I see their light,

I see their peace, and wish that I could feel that ease.
