Understanding Consciousness Through Science

I feel that the guy in the video was a bit contrived when hand waving saying that “physics

doesn’t explain this.”. Science as a whole doesn’t fully understand the brain and all

the interactions that happen that create what we would call consciousness, but it’s getting

there day by day. From putting together a brain map of a fly to psychology. We can use chemistry

and physics currently to predict certain interactions within the brain and how it may affect consciousness

of the patient. If we didn’t how would some of our medicine even work?
