Understanding Talent Debt vs. Financial Debt

There are two types of debts. One is financial debt, another one is talent

debt. So, if you're a startup, if you raise some fund,

then you have money, so you can go out there and you can hire better talent and,

uh, you can attract better talent. Uh, but if you do not

have that much fund, uh, and you are a startup, so you have to grow and you have to

develop your system, personal skills, so that you do not have to spend that much money,

but still you can make profit.
