Welcome to The Needs Languages! I am glad you are here. Today we are going
to talk about the 3 Faces of Conflict, the need for analysis When conflict hits, our instinct is
to react fast. We often jump straight to anger or defense without taking the time to see the
whole picture of what is truly going on. We let our immediate emotions control
the outcome. The problem is, when we’re too close to a trigger, we fail to analyze
what the conflict is actually about. We must know the difference to respond correctly.
I offer an insight that simplifies conflict into three categories: Innocent Ignorance,
The Personal Trigger, and Systemic Oppression. Innocent Ignorance: Harm caused by a simple lack of knowledge.
