Unstrained Greek-Style Homemade Yogurt Hack

This is the thickest homemade yogurt I have ever seen and it is not even strained.

I finally ditched my old machine for a Luvele yogurt maker because I was tired of uneven

heating ruining my expensive raw milk. The difference is insane.

My first batch with heavy cream came out so dense it was basically probiotic ice cream.

But the real hack is making a homemade half-and-half base. I mixed raw whole milk with heavy

cream and the texture is perfect. It gives you that rich Greek-style consistency without
