Stop thinking reminders work the way you've been using them. Most people set one reminder,
ignore it when it pops up, and then completely forget what they needed to do.
Here's what actually works. Set two reminders instead of one. The first reminder
tells you what task is coming up. The second reminder comes five minutes later and tells
you to start immediately. No more excuses. For example, set one that says do homework at six.
Then another that says start homework now at six oh five. It sounds too simple to work but it completely
changes how you follow through. Your brain needs that second push to actually take
