Vietnam Itinerary: North or Two Weeks

You are definitely underestimating how massive Vietnam actually is. Trying to see the

whole country in a week is a rookie mistake. Stick to the North for misty Sapa mountains

and Halong Bay cruises if you are short on time. But if you have two weeks,

take the sleeper train south to hit the lantern festivals in Hoi An and the chaotic energy of

Saigon. The street food alone is worth the flight.
