I ate this all the time during my weight loss journey because it’s filling,
easy, and actually tastes good. Let’s make it. Start with plain
Greek yogurt — about 100 grams. This is the protein base, trust me.
Add a little taco seasoning and a spoon of salsa. It looks questionable right now,
but stay with me. Next, 60 grams of seasoned ground turkey or chicken.
Then 20 grams of reduced-fat shredded cheese. I like to add diced onions
and jalapeños for extra crunch and flavor. Microwave it until everything
