We Are Made of Stardust

Stars are recycling machines and you probably never realized it. When a star dies

it explodes and scatters all its materials across space. Those materials

eventually form new stars and planets. That means everything around you including your body was once

inside a star billions of years ago. We are literally made of stardust. Even crazier is

that some stars are so massive their cores reach temperatures of 100 million degrees. At that heat they

fuse atoms together creating every element in the universe. Gold silver and iron only exist

because stars cooked them up. Without dying stars nothing in our world would exist.
