I would say try and go easy on yourself and give yourself grace. You're in a really

hard position emotionally, mentally, spiritually, maybe physically. So yeah,

give yourself the space to process your feelings. Allow your body to rest.

Don't try and be a perfectionist about work and workouts and your social calendar.

You need the sa- the space and stillness to allow the right decision for you to come to you.
