Why God Judged in the Bible

Why did God destroy people in the Bible? God didn’t destroy people because He was angry for no

reason or because He enjoys punishment. He did it after a very long time of warning,

when people were hurting others constantly and refusing to change. In the Bible,

there are moments when: • People were violent • They were hurting the weak

• They ignored God again and again • They chose evil on purpose, even after being

warned God is loving — but He is also just. If God never stopped evil,

then evil would win, and innocent people would suffer forever. So sometimes God

stepped in to: • Stop evil from spreading • Protect future generations
