Why I Fired My Best Friend of a Decade

Couple weeks ago, I had a conversation with a friend of mine. We talk now two

times a year, birthdays, maybe a holiday. That's it. We really don't

hang out anymore ever since I had to fire him. And a bitter, bitter argument

that we had, "How can you fire me? We've been friends for a decade."
