Why Rest Isn't Indulgent

I used to honestly see rest as kind of indulgent, and I think I was very,

like, socialized, because I used to... Before my startup, I used to work at

a Big 4 accounting firm, so you're, like, billing by the hour

and there's, you, you really learn when it's, like,

your first step in your career that, you know, your value is based on the hours that

you're working. Um, it's taken me, you know, the last year at

least to shift my mindset that rest and other things that bring you joy, um,

are necessary for you to do your best work.
