You might get eight, even nine hours of sleep, but still wake up feeling just as
tired as when you went to bed. That is the most frustrating feeling. Sure.
Because we're taught that sleep fixes all tiredness. And it does, for the physical
part. If you spend the day lifting boxes, sleep is how you repair.
But mental exhaustion seems to need...... different kind of restoration. The brain needs,
like, a real break from the thinking and feeling that sleep alone doesn't always
provide. That distinction is so vital. Physical rest, which is mostly
sleep, it's for repairing the body, restoring muscle, consolidating memories,
