Stuffing an entire goat with masala and steaming it whole in the forest is the absolute
wildest way to experience biryani. We kicked things off with a turmeric blessing before
slathering the meat in freshly ground red chili paste and ginger-garlic mix.
We didn't just season it; we stuffed the insides and literally sewed the goat up to lock in the flavor.
Cooking with pure coconut oil and cow ghee made the aroma insane. When we finally
cracked it open, the meat was falling right off the bone. Tearing into that tender goat mixed
with steaming rice was a next-level feast.
