Wiz Khalifa Faces Romanian Prison Sentence

Wiz Khalifa is officially staring down a nine-month prison sentence in Romania over a single joint.

You probably remember the headlines from July twenty twenty-four when he got arrested at the Beach Please

festival. He was on stage doing exactly what Wiz does best, lighting up while

vibing to a Snoop Dogg track. At the time, it seemed like a minor hiccup.

He was detained, released, and slapped with a fine of about seven hundred dollars.

We all thought that was the end of it. But the prosecutors in Romania were absolutely not cool

with letting him walk away that easily. They appealed that initial decision, claiming the punishment

was too soft. Now, the Constanța Court of Appeal has sided with them and handed
