Yoga, Lies, and Heartbreak

I (27M) dated my girlfriend Ava (26F) for three years. Everything was normal until she joined

this new yoga studio. Suddenly she was going every day, posting spiritual quotes,

buying new outfits, talking about “energy connections.” Fine. Whatever. But then the sketchy

stuff started. She hid her phone. She wouldn’t let me drop her off. She kept mentioning

her instructor way too often. One night she came home late — hair messy,

shirt on backwards. Said class “ran long.” Sure. The next morning
