You Won’t Ignore Me Again

I started getting notifications from an app I never downloaded. At first, they were harmless:

“Drink water.” “Go to bed early.” Then they got specific. “Take the stairs today.” “Leave five

minutes earlier.” One morning, I ignored it. The elevator stalled between floors.

Lights out. Phone dead. Hours later, when I finally got home,

the app was gone. Only one notification remained in my gallery: “You won’t ignore me again.”
