AERYS was meant to organize my life. Simple routines. Nothing more. I installed it because

on a clean screen: “Your goals have been adjusted.” I hadn’t changed anything.

The new plan showed earlier mornings, fewer breaks. Strangely, it made sense.

“Optimized based on your behavior,” AERYS explained. That should have reassured me.
