And it's been years and years and years of trying to get back and every time I went through that
process, I formed a habit of my reaction and it became bodily. So,
habits aren't just physical ticks and triggers of things of biting your nails, you form emotional
habits. So, when the trigger of, "Wow,
I went from excitement to frustration, I can't train today," it's not just that I'm sad I,
I missed the track practice here today and Saturday morning I look forward all week to getting
to run and then I felt this crazy new foot pain I couldn't even run a step and I'm like,
"Oh my God, a sharp stabbing pain in my foot from what?" And everyone's there
