I started using a sleep-tracking app because I kept waking up tired. It records everything
that happens at night. At first, the sounds were normal.
Breathing. Sheets moving. Occasional silence. Then I noticed something strange.
Every night at 3:41 a.m., the breathing changed. It wasn’t just mine anymore.
