I am a 20 year old male and feel like I don't retain positive habits when I am with my partner
who is a 20 year old female that I have been with for 4 years. I struggle with
maintaining habits when I'm alone already, such as working out, getting schoolwork
done, or things of that sort, but when I am with my partner,
it feels like I completely lose sight of a lot these things to spend time with her.
Normally this was more ok, because we don't live together and I got to do these
things when I was alone, but now we see each other nearly every day and it feels
like any time together is spent completely with her without being able to do the things I typically
