Actor Divine Dies at 42

Milstead, age 42-year-old, better known to movie audiences as a female impersonator

the flamboyant “Divine,” has died. He was found in his Regency Plaza Hotel by a friend

today. Mr. Milstead was known under his stage name, Divine,

had been on the hit Fox television Married with Children’s set rehearsing as Peg Bundy’s Uncle

Otto. He had retired after dinner with friends for filming today. It is said that

has died of heart disease brought on by his obesity, as he was 300 pounds, per a coroner’s

spokesman. There does not appear to be any foul play, but rather that he died in his sleep.
