Alright—imagine you get caught stealing diamonds on a Minecraft server. The mods drag you
into a bedrock prison, start spamming you with questions, and you panic. You confess to everything.
But here’s the twist: they never told you the rules. Never said you could stay silent.
Never gave you a chance to call your defense villager. Just boom—confession, punishment.
That’s what happened in Miranda v. Arizona, 1966. Ernesto Miranda
got arrested and questioned without knowing his rights. He confessed, but later argued,
“Yo—I didn’t know I had the right to shut up or ask for a lawyer.” The case hit the
Supreme Court—basically the command block that controls the whole Constitution server.
