Lo ji, naye din, nayi shuruaat. Headphone laga ke, gaane chala ke,
masti mein ab hum jaayenge gym. Aaj main apni thodi routine change karne wala hoon exercise
ki, end mein bata bhi doonga aapko maine kya change kiya hai.
Do se teen stretching karne ke baad main aa gaya hoon apne warm-up set lagane. Warm-up mein main
kar raha hoon Lat Pull Down, jismein bees se pachees reps lagaunga. Weight rahega bilkul
light. Second warm-up exercise Bent Over Row. Ismein bhi hum light weight hi rahenge,
bees se pachees rep. Meri first exercise bhi Bent Over Row hi rahegi aur ismein
main jo grip use karta hoon woh normal rehti hai. Backward rehte hain haath mere,
