Your favorite app is actually a giant pile of compromises. Software architecture is brutal because
you can never have it all. You want a system that’s super easy to update?
Great, but now it’s probably slower because all those tiny components have to talk to
each other. You want military-grade security? Cool, but now your users
hate you because logging in takes five steps. It’s all about minimizing complexity by breaking
massive systems into small, testable chunks. You design the structure, then you stress-test
it until it breaks. If you don't respect the architecture, your code is just a ticking time bomb.
