Tiny crystals in your inner ear can break loose and make you feel like the whole room is
spinning. This intense vertigo, often triggered by rolling over in bed or looking
up, is a real condition called BPPV. It happens when these "ear rocks"
float into the wrong canal, sending chaotic signals to your brain.
But you don't have to live with it. A physical therapist can perform a specific series of head movements,
like the Epley Maneuver, to guide those crystals back where they belong. For many people,
this can fix the spinning in just one or two visits.
