Some nights I sit in the parking lot, too tired to turn the key.

Hands shaking on the wheel, wondering if anyone saw me bleed. I gave the

world 133 hours, and gave you what was left. But you only

saw the emptiness, never the man who tried his best. I kept whispering

to get better, but the echo never came. Your words were cold reminders that

you never felt my pain. I was breaking while you watched, fading under all

that weight. Working myself past human, praying love would make you stay.

But you used my hurt against me, turned my scars into your throne.
