Pantera’s singer Phil Anselmo and drummer Vinnie Paul. After Pantera broke up in the early

2000s, things became very difficult between Phil Anselmo and the Abbott brothers.

Phil was struggling with addiction at the time, and communication inside the band

collapsed. The situation got much worse after Dimebag Darrell’s tragic death in

2004. Shortly before that, Phil had made very harsh comments about Dimebag in an interview.
