Canada literally has more lakes than the rest of the entire world combined. We are talking about
the second-largest country on Earth, yet ninety percent of the population lives huddled near
the US border because the north is basically a frozen planet. But it is not just snow and apologies
up there. Canadians quietly invented basketball, the pacemaker, and insulin while
dominating ice hockey. They are so obsessed with their culture that they maintain a strategic national
reserve of maple syrup just in case of a global shortage. It is the only place where a moose traffic
jam is a valid excuse for being late to work.
