Challenge Debt Collectors' Legitimacy

Most debts being chased right now — council, utilities, debt agents

haven’t been lawfully assigned. And that means they can’t enforce them. Under the Law of

Property Act, for a debt to be lawfully assigned, three things MUST exist:

1️⃣ A deed of assignment - which we can prove with our forensic audit which we teach. 2️⃣ A notice of

assignment 3️⃣ Written proof that the assignment is absolute and not part of.

Most collectors have NONE of these. they are appointed but tell you they are assigned.
