Coast Guard Busts Ghost Fleet Tankers

Two ghost fleet tankers just got busted in a wild back-to-back raid by the US Coast

Guard. These ships were trying to sneak into Venezuela under the cover of darkness

when tactical teams stormed aboard in the middle of the ocean. The craziest part

is that one vessel, the Bella I, spent weeks trying to outrun the Coast Guard cutter Munro

through massive storms. They were literally painting a new name on the hull and

changing flags while being chased to try and trick the authorities. It didn't work.

The Coast Guard shut down their operation and proved that you can run, but you definitely

can’t hide.
