Junior year, I had a panic attack in the library at 2am,
didn't realize what was happening. My chest felt tight, couldn't breathe,
thought I was dying over an exam. That moment changed everything.
I started a five-minute breathing thing every morning. Breathe in for four,
hold for four, out for four. It actually works. Then I switched study methods:
twenty-five minute chunks with breaks. My friend cried every Sunday night for a month
before seeking help. The counselor helped her see the signs she needed support.
